Group Product Manager - Payments

Our Payments team is looking for a Group Product Manager.

 

Reporting to the "Business Capabilities Platform" area, the Payment team is responsible for creating the best online payment experience for all Decathlon customers internationally. We operate in more than 40 countries and offer more than 50 different payment methods to satisfy all of our audiences. Our objective is to create omni-channel payment journeys and with this same obsession to make the customer experience as easy and secure as possible. Innovation is at the center of our projects with continuous experiments to improve conversion and also to respond to emerging business models such as product buyback and short and long-term rental.

 

The Payment team is in charge of the OnePay payment platform and relies on the expertise of a multi-disciplinary team: Engineering, UX, Finance, Vendor Management, Product Marketing and Product mainly based in Lille. 

 

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

  • Direct manager of 2 to 3 product managers
  • Responsible for defining and orchestrating the 2-year Payment product strategy
  • Responsible for leading the definition of short and medium term objectives and key results
  • Key role in communicating the product vision to the entire Decathlon ecosystem
  • Expected on an ability to continuously improve our processes, our ways of working to gain efficiency
  • Direct owner on certain strategic projects related to Payment
  • Unite around a common vision of Payment beyond the direct team

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You have significant experience in the world of online payment and therefore a good knowledge of the French and international ecosystem for BtoC online payments. You have a unifying profile capable of leading teams on ambitious projects and creating support around you. You were responsible for setting up payment processes in an international eCommerce context.

All these experiences will allow you to take on this mission successfully.
