Buy Smart - Digital Industry - Digital Product Manager (f/m/d) - Cups & Context Note

Our team Digital Industry is looking for a Digital Product Manager in Lille. 

Digital industry is a new business unit created one year ago. Its purpose is to ensure the enhancement of industrial processes and skills (manufacturing, purchases, quality…). The business unit gathers several digital skills : product management, engineering and data with more than 40 teammates. In this unit, you’ll be participating  to the enhancement of the purchases, joining a product team of 6 teammates. You’ll be participating  on the mastering of the industrial panel and its strategic management.

Your mission

Ensure the Strategy, discovery & delivery of our context note product & component price list.

Lead the product vision, build the product strategy and prioritization

  • Build the product vision and strategy, ensure value proposition, and make sure the team is aligned with the vision
  • Manage stakeholders of the product and align them to the product vision and strategy
  • Clearly prioritize user pain points to address and make prioritization decisions at Epic level (features and improvements), based on collected user information, business and tech expectations

Lead the product discovery and ensure the understanding of our users needs

  • Ensure a precise understanding of our users needs
  • Ensure an efficient problem statement to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Experiment to take data driven decisions & ensure the optimal solution

Lead the product delivery, product launch, and scale using growth strategy

  • Lead the Product Team and give visibility on the roadmap and delivery to stakeholders
  • Lead the synthesis of user feedbacks post-launch to prioritize new problems and opportunities
  • Define the Product’s KPIs, report them, and make appropriate decisions to improve them
  • Enrich the product knowledge base (roadmap, product vision, strategy, KPIs board, artefacts…) and ensure information is updated with each new feature/release

Previous experience in Product Management is required for this job.
