What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute Cymulate's North America channel and partner strategy to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing ecosystem of VARs, MSSPs, distributors, technology partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and grow new channel partners while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize partner effectiveness and revenue contribution.
  • Lead executive-level relationships with key partners and serve as Cymulate's primary channel advocate.
  • Develop partner business plans, joint go-to-market strategies, and quarterly growth initiatives.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics to ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships that can accelerate Cymulate's growth.
  • Build scalable channel programs, processes, and partner enablement frameworks.
  • Provide regular forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to executive leadership.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, execution, and partner success across the channel organization.

What You'll Have

  • 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Alliances, or related leadership roles within Enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Proven success building and scaling partner ecosystems across North America.
  • Strong relationships with key channel partners, distributors, MSSPs, VARs, and technology alliances.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving partner-generated revenue and exceeding growth targets.
  • Experience leading channel organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Deep understanding of channel strategy, partner economics, and indirect sales models.
  • Excellent forecasting, planning, and operational management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align multiple teams around common business objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize partner performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers and complex sales cycles is a significant advantage.
