This is not a standard CSE role. We are looking for a rare combination: someone who can engage at the CISO level on security risk and program strategy in the morning, and go deep on platform configuration, control validation logic, or API integration in the afternoon. You will own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts across EMEA, ensuring customers build mature, outcome-driven validation programs that reduce risk and expand over time.

What Will You Do
Enterprise Customer Success
- Own the technical architecture and integration strategy for Enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term adoption
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, integrations, and architecture decisions
- Lead onboarding activities including deployment validation, requirements gathering, and success criteria definition
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) focused on adoption, security posture, and strategic roadmap alignment
- Monitor customer technical health including integrations, governance, and detection maturity
- Drive platform expansion by identifying new use cases and architecting phased rollouts
- Partner closely with Implementation Engineers during onboarding and maintain ongoing architecture governance
Partner & Distributor Enablement
- Enable partners to deliver enterprise-grade implementations and customer success services
- Build and maintain technical enablement materials including architecture guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and best practices
- Deliver technical workshops and certification training sessions for partner technical teams
- Support partners with advanced troubleshooting, escalations, and architectural guidance
- Participate in quarterly partner reviews focused on technical quality and customer satisfaction
- Help partners design scalable managed service and multi-tenant deployment models
- Identify partner skill gaps and develop enablement initiatives to improve delivery quality
What Will You Have
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as TAM, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM, XDR/EDR, vulnerability management, threat detection, and exposure management platforms
- Experience designing integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and orchestration workflows
- Strong command-line and troubleshooting skills across Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts such as Terraform and CloudFormation
- Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Experience leading customer workshops, technical reviews, and strategic discussions
- Strong customer-facing mindset with experience driving retention and expansion opportunities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer and partner relationships
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent (completed or in progress)
- Experience with Breach & Attack Simulation, MDR, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Threat Intelligence is a strong advantage
- Availability to support EMEA customers and occasional travel requirements
- Additional European languages are a plus
