Location: Warsaw, Poland| Reports to: Head of Pre-Sales Central and Eastern Europe | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent level Polish, written and verbal, English communicative level | Work Arrangement: Hybrid 

We are looking to appoint our new Key Account Manager where the key objective is to primarily develop and manage an existing portfolio of enterprise and public customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for acquiring net new customers, and building relationship once acquired. In this role, you will be part of our highly skilled and collaborative Enterprise Sales Team. You will accelerate growth by championing our core Optimization and Services offerings and focusing on high-value solutions. 

The role will include to: 

  • Drive new business, onboarding customers, generating pipelines, conducting sales and marketing activities, and ensure accurate forecasting   
  • Act as the initial point of contact for your customer requirements and selling Crayon/SoftwareOne's portfolio of services   
  • Manage campaigns and sales forecasts, advancing opportunities, and achieving performance targets based on sales metrics for success   
  • Build a comprehensive understanding of your customer's industry challenges, and build relationships with relevant publishers, focusing on products and solutions to ensure we are the trusted partner for software procurement and services   
  • Cross-selling and upselling among existing customers  

What we need to see from you:  

  • Proven Sales experience within the Enterprise Software Ecosystem, as well as Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field  
  • Possess a strong network and relevant experience in Software & Cloud services, with software licensing and services sales experience  
  • Documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas and exhibit a proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond expectations   
  • Experience in multi-level selling, driving sales campaigns that offers strategic value to our customers’ needs   
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging from technical teams (with pre-sales support as needed) to CXO level 
  • Driven by results and committed to delivering exceptional customer value 
  • Collaborative team player with good prioritization skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
