Location: Warsaw, Poland | Reports to: Country Manager | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Poland | Language Requirements: Professional/fluent level Polish &English, written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days/week from the office
The role:
As our new Operations Lead, you will play an important role in supporting our customers, partners, and colleagues by managing pricing, agreements, billing, and software licensing. You will lead a team that ensures a smooth and efficient software purchasing process while also overseeing team development, managing sick leave, and conducting performance reviews. In this role, you will work with both public and private sector clients, using your organizational and communication skills to meet diverse needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and support a team of operational specialists, focusing on individual development and collaboration with the Operations Management team
- Provide customer support for both direct and indirect programs
- Use our ERP system (D365) to efficiently create purchase orders and sales orders
- Work with supplier tools such as Poet, Adobe LWS, MS VLPC, or similar platforms to register purchase orders
- Manage the creation and renewal of agreements for customers and partners
What we need to see from you:
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams of 10–15 people, fostering collaboration and growth
- Experience in operations, customer support, software solutions, or sales operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline
- Practical expertise in order processing, agreement management, and contract administration
- Ability to work effectively with both public and private sector clients
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a structured approach, attention to detail, and commitment to sharing best practices
