You will design the backbone of our data products, applying solid software engineering principles, version-controlled, modular, and continuously deployed (no ADF spaghetti here). As a technical mentor and multiplier, you will support the team to improve their skills and build better data solutions, while also driving our technical direction to keep systems modern, reliable, and high performing. • Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to automate resource provisioning and configuration
  • Enforce robust validation, monitoring, and lineage practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across environments
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that follows best practices in software engineering and data design

Your Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience with software engineering with expertise in Python, PySpark, and SQL, following clean coding and modular design principles
  • Proven experience building and optimizing data pipelines and lakehouse architectures in Databricks using Delta Lake
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD practices and tooling, preferably with Azure DevOps and Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB)
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resource management and automation

About You:

  • You are collaborative and team-oriented, thriving in cross-functional environments alongside Data Scientists, Engineers, and Developers to solve complex problems
  • You are driven and self-managing, taking ownership of your work, staying organized, and moving projects forward
  • You are curious and growth-minded, passionate about data engineering and always looking to learn, improve, and help your team do the same

What’s on offer?

  • Fully paid parental leave for both men and women
  • Yearly out-of-country company trip as well as social events
  • 8% company paid pension (4% paid by self)
  • Private health insurance
