Client Setup Associate

Are you energized by accuracy, customer data quality, and supporting the onboarding experience? Do you enjoy structured processes and want to be part of a growing global operations team? We are looking for a Client Setup Associate who will play a key role in creating and maintaining customer records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting early‐stage checks that enable a smooth onboarding experience. This is a hybrid work model (onsite 2-3 times per week), working hours Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm. 

Please note: For this position, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates must already have the permanent legal right to work in the country they apply to and be able to start and maintain employment without visa support from Convera.

You will be responsible for:

• Entering and updating customer information in internal systems based on provided documentation.
• Verifying the completeness and accuracy of submitted customer information before processing.
• Identifying unclear, inconsistent, or missing customer data and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Conducting basic documentation checks (e.g., names, registration details, ownership information).
• Maintaining high data‐quality standards to reduce downstream rework.
• Completing assigned tasks on time to support daily operational continuity.
• Flagging unclear or outdated procedure steps so documentation remains accurate.
