
Director, Technical Program Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

Set clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans for team members.

Drive continuous improvement in technical program management and governance methodologies and practices.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

Work with your team to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Oversee program risk management, issue resolution, and escalation procedures. Lead your team to identify and resolve trade-offs and blockers

Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align program objectives with overall company goals and objectives.

Help management forecast and mitigate potential capacity issues and define resourcing models to meet our strategic goals.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience in technical program management, with a minimum of 5-7 years of leadership experience.

Strong understanding of technology, software development, and project management methodologies.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic thinker with a track record of successfully aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Proficiency in program management software and tools.

Engineering or product management experience is a plus.

Experience leading TPM teams at a fintech or tech company.

Hands-on experience using AI to drive efficiency in program planning, monitoring, and execution.
Pay Transparency Statement
Convera is committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local laws. For this position, the expected base salary range is $204,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We use a tiered geographic pay system to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers within the posted range.
