Job Title: Power Platform Engineer (Automation & Copilot Development)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Role Overview-
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered Copilot agents to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop business process automation using:
- Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power BI (Reports & Dashboards)
- Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
- Build and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using:
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure OpenAI integrations (if applicable)
- Custom connectors & APIs
- Automate repetitive organizational tasks and workflows across departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.)
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
- Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Dynamics 365
- Third-party systems via APIs
- Develop governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform
- Create reusable components, flows, and automation frameworks
- Monitor performance and optimize automation solutions
- Provide technical documentation and user training
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience in:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Dataverse
- REST APIs & connectors
- Experience building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Understanding of AI/LLM-based automation concepts
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams integration
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in environment management and DLP policies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
- PowerShell scripting
- Microsoft Graph API
- CI/CD for Power Platform
- PL-900 / PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 certifications
- Experience working in enterprise automation projects.
