About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly flexible Corporate Car Driver to support the Founder of Constructor Group, family members, executives, and VIP guests in Singapore. This role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, service orientation, and readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when needed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, service-minded, calm under pressure, and comfortable supporting senior leadership and family-related transportation needs. You should be proactive, well-organised, and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a personal driver to the Founder of Constructor Group and family members, including transportation of children to school, tuition classes, and other activities.
- Provide transportation support to Constructor executives when required.
- Drive VIP guests and business partners visiting Singapore.
- Run errands and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and overall readiness of vehicles.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including overtime when required and approved.
- Support additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a personal, executive, or corporate driver is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of roads, traffic patterns, and routes in Singapore.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with senior stakeholders, family members, and VIP guests.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility for vehicle upkeep, safety, and passenger comfort.
Working Conditions
- Employment location: Singapore.
- Work schedule: 6-day working week
- Monday to Friday: 10 hours per day
- Sunday: 9 hours per day
- Saturday: rest day
- May be required to work on weekends and public holidays, depending on business and family needs.
- Probation period: 3 months.
