Lead HR Operations & Compliance:
-
Manage HR analysis, reporting, and ensure legal compliance with Turkish labor laws.

Oversee external payroll manager relationships and ensure smooth payroll processes.

Prepare and manage all paperwork for new hires, promotions, and terminations, ensuring seamless employment transitions.

Support general administrative tasks, including the coordination and approval of expense claims.

Streamline onboarding and ensure smooth employment processes for Turkish hires.

Strategic HR Initiatives:

Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with company objectives.

Develop, implement, and refine HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company culture.

Oversee significant HR projects including performance reviews, KPI processes, employee engagement surveys, and education initiatives.

Collaborate on long-term HR strategies to support organizational growth and scalability.

Organize and oversee training programs to upskill employees and promote continuous learning.

Employee & Stakeholder Relations:

Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing grievances, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with Technopark, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Office Management:

Oversee general office-related activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and workplace efficiency.

Extensive HR Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, handling diverse HR projects.

Labor Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Turkey’s labor market.

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Turkish labor laws and HR best practices.

Multitasking Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively, using sound judgment to prioritise company goals.

Strong Relationship-Building Skills: Effectively communicate with individuals across different roles, levels, and backgrounds.

Language Proficiency: Working-level English (C1) and fluency in Turkish.

Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel within Turkey.
