We are a private equity fund with an investment focus on campus real estate development (student housing, research labs, lecture halls, canteens, sport facilities, etc) primarily in Germany. We manage full development cycle including planning, attracting financing, design, construction and operations of premises.

Job Description: 

• Fund structuring, full coordination of advisors’ work on legal and tax issues 
• Attracting bank and other types of financing (subsidies, grants) for development of campus real-estate 
• Overlooking Fund financial model as regards potential returns for investors 
• Accounting, reporting, budgeting, tax planning, treasury for the fund 
• Tracking compliance with respective rules and regulations (KAGB, etc) 

Requirement: 

• Proven experience with attracting development financing in Germany 
• Prior experience with PE fund structuring and 
• Fluent German and English 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 
• 5+ years' of experience in finance or accounting 
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Negotiations with the local authorities
