Project Description

The project focuses on modernizing the company’s CRM platform, which is currently built on ColdFusion (CFML) with a Python backend. Recent initiatives include UI improvements and financial integration with NetSuite, and the company is fully committed to funding a broader modernization effort. The platform is being evolved toward a cloud-native architecture on Azure, with strong emphasis on CI/CD automation, platform reliability, security, and scalability. You will play a key role in enabling this transformation.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Bitbucket for application and infrastructure deployments
  
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes for Azure PaaS services
  
• Deploy and manage Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL
  
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
  
• Ensure platform reliability, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery
  
• Support Azure SQL operations including deployments, tuning, and backups
  
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure smooth releases
  
• Monitor infrastructure health, optimize costs, and ensure compliance

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Azure cloud platform, focused on PaaS services
  
• Strong experience with Bitbucket and Bitbucket Pipelines
  
• Proven experience managing Azure SQL databases
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible)
  
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
  
• Solid understanding of Azure security and networking fundamentals
  
• Experience working in Agile / Kanban environments
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
