Business Analyst (Food and Beverage sphere)

Project Description
The project focuses on delivering digital, analytics, BI, and AI/ML-enabled solutions within the manufacturing domain. You will act as a key facilitator between Business Stakeholders and the IT Global Delivery Team, helping scope, define, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and other BAs to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and backlog items. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do
- Scope, define, and deliver business and technical solutions in an Agile environment
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint planning
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams on Agile practices and expectations
- Support sizing, splitting, and refinement of user stories
- Work with stakeholders to validate solutions and support user acceptance testing
- Actively remove blockers and champion cross-functional collaboration
- Apply Lean and Agile principles to improve delivery efficiency
- Facilitate meetings and decision-making across multiple organizational levels
- Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile / BI project-based environments
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, retrospectives, sprint planning)
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve consensus
- Familiarity with SDLC and project management methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio
- Experience leading through influence and moderating team dynamics
- Ability to guide teams on Agile best practices and remove delivery blockers
- English level: from B1+ (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar)
- Functional knowledge of ERP systems (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Planning & Scheduling)
- Experience integrating ERP with WMS, EDI, and third-party planning tools
- Experience designing and delivering complex custom enterprise solutions
- Strong background in business process mapping and optimization
