DevOps Engineer (Family Networking)

Project Description
You will work within a close-knit team of Cloud, Java, Python, and PHP engineers to ensure the company’s internal platforms and systems remain modern, secure, and scalable. You will contribute to the ongoing journey to scale the platform to 150 million users by maintaining infrastructure, upgrading deployments, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with distributed teams on cloud and DevOps projects;
- Upgrade Kubernetes deployments to the latest version;
- Maintain libraries and operating systems to ensure they are upgraded and current;
- Test and deploy security patches to maintain compliance and system integrity;
- Propose upgrades and updates to ensure system scalability, reliability, and resilience;
- Update CI/CD pipelines to optimize build and deployment times;
- Assist the Test Engineering team in automating service and component validation;
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, EKS, DynamoDB, SQS);
- 3+ years of experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra;
- Proficiency in microservices and horizontally scalable architectures;
- Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining systems with Kubernetes;
- Proficiency with Docker, Prometheus, and Terraform;
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Argo, Jenkins, CircleCI, BuildKite);
- Experience with queuing/streaming technologies such as Kafka and NSQ;
- Knowledge of high-scale, low-latency systems;
- Adaptive to working across scripting/programming languages regularly;
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication;
- English proficiency from B1 for effective communication;
