Project Description

The QA Automation Engineer will develop and maintain automated testing solutions for web and API applications, working across the SDLC within an Agile team. The role includes test framework development, functional and regression testing, and independent work on automation and migration tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated testing solutions to support software validation and test orchestration throughout all stages of the SDLC;
  • Develop and maintain scalable and effective test automation frameworks;
  • Perform functional, integration, performance, and regression testing;
  • Collaborate with the Agile development team to integrate testing activities into the software development process;
  • Apply TDD principles, test patterns, and testing best practices when designing and developing automated tests;

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA Automation;
  • 5+ years of overall IT experience is preferred;
  • Strong understanding of QA processes and practices, including experience with manual QA activities and artifacts;
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language, with JavaScript preferred;
  • Readiness to work with JavaScript from the start of the project and with Java when needed;
  • Experience with UI automation using WebdriverIO, Selenium, or similar tools;
  • Experience with API automation using Unirest, RestAssured, or similar tools;
  • Good understanding of CI/CD processes;
  • Ability to work independently within a project stream or on standalone tasks, such as test migration;
  • Availability to occasionally join meetings until 8:00 PM Poland time, when needed;
