HR Executive
Coeo is a professional services business delivering consulting and support services, we are expert in the high growth area of Microsoft data and cloud platform. We have offices in Hyderabad, India and Reading, UK. Our customers are typically UK based in Retail, Finance and Professional Services sectors running mission critical data applications in Azure, and leading-edge Business Intelligence and Cloud Analytics solutions. We are Microsoft Gold Partners and proud to work with many UK household names including Domino’s Pizza, Next, ASOS and Fat Face.
We’re a growing company, which has doubled in size in the last 5 years with ambitious plans for further expansion. We have our HR infrastructure in place and now we’re looking for an HR Executive who’ll support our entire employee lifecycle, as well as promoting wellbeing at work.

Principal purpose:
Create a great place to work and provide an effective people management service to the business. Act as the first point of contact for people management related queries from internal stakeholders. Liaise with colleagues and external partners providing accurate and up to date information to process pay and benefits.
Talent Acquisition: support presentation of Coeo as a destination employer for Microsoft data professionals. Ensuring a great candidate experience from first application to offer and on-boarding. Co-ordinating recruitment pipeline, scheduling interviews and assessments with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Talent Development: day to day employee relations and manager coaching, arrange mandatory training, managing exam vouchers, guiding performance management, supporting employee advocate groups and ensures wellbeing at work.
Talent Operations: creating a great employee experience through payroll and benefits admin, joiners and leavers processes, accurate absence management, GDPR and InfoSec compliance.
Key tasks:
Recruitment; onboarding; induction, payroll and benefits administration; administering our HR Information Systems and performance management systems.
Qualifications:
Graduate Degree level education (an advantage)
Experience we expect:
At least 5 years’ working in a professional HR environment
Employee relations – managing and responding to queries from the team
Recruitment and selection life cycle
Pre-employment screening
Onboarding and Offboarding
Payroll and benefits administration
Absence and performance management
Calculating annual leave entitlement
Experience that’s beneficial but not required:
Maintaining employee records system
Training planning and co-ordination, including Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)
Working in the IT sector
Knowledge:
Up to date knowledge of employment law and future developments
Good practice in people management
GDPR and employment record keeping
