Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive our brand visibility, community engagement, and lead generation across the APAC region. This is a cross-functional role that blends regional campaign execution, event marketing, and digital engagement (including social media) - making it ideal for a hands-on marketer eager to own both online and offline channels.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute integrated field marketing campaigns, including virtual and in-person events, roundtables, partner activations, and sponsored conferences

Manage Cobo’s regional social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, etc.) to grow engagement and communicate thought leadership

Create, localize, and publish content that resonates with institutional and B2B Web3 audiences

Align closely with the Sales and BD teams to support account-based marketing efforts and track lead generation results

Own end-to-end logistics for field programs - from planning to execution to post-event reporting

Track campaign performance, analyze social media metrics and ROI, and optimize strategies based on insights

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and public-facing communications
Job Requirements:

Minimally 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to both event/field execution and digital content or social media

Strong organizational and project management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach

Experience in tech, SaaS, fintech, or Web3 preferred

Strong writing and communication skills; ability to tailor content to platform and audience

Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and social scheduling platforms
