ClearScore is searching for a talented Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

Our marketing team is responsible for both building long term brand metrics and attracting new users. We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to support on delivery of both brand and performance marketing across our UK business and other markets.
What you will be doing:
Briefing & Creative Development
- Managing the development of creative briefs for our internal studio and external agencies, ensuring clarity of objectives, audience insights, and desired outcomes.
- Consolidating, prioritising, and delivering feedback to ensure creative outputs meet campaign objectives.
- Collaborating with Compliance to ensure all creative meets regulatory requirements.
Campaign Delivery & Optimisation
- Working with the brand team to deliver fully integrated campaigns across channels.
- Supporting campaign set-up across Social, Search, and App marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Contributing to organic social strategy, content calendar planning and creative development.
- Monitoring performance and providing actionable optimisation recommendations to maximise impact.
- Supporting the creation and execution of testing roadmaps to improve creative effectiveness, targeting, and messaging.
Reporting, Analysis & Operations
- Producing performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Supporting the preparation of post-campaign reviews, highlighting successes, learnings, and opportunities.
- Ensuring campaign documentation and creative assets are properly managed and archived.
Skills we'd love you to have
- Communication & collaboration – confident in presenting ideas, feedback, and results to stakeholders at all levels. Able to build strong relationships across teams and agencies.
- Creative briefing expertise – ability to write clear, insightful briefs and translate business objectives into actionable direction for creative teams.
- Campaign management – experience managing marketing campaigns from briefing, through delivery and optimisation, to analysis.
- Organisation & prioritisation – adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Analytical mindset – skilled at interpreting campaign data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical recommendations.
- Problem-solving & initiative – proactive in addressing challenges, proposing solutions, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity & learning – keeps up with marketing trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices, and shares insights with the wider team.
