About the Role

BulletinHealthcare, a subsidiary of Cision, is seeking a Data Insights Manager to support our healthcare advertising and analytics platform. This role sits within our Advanced Analytics team and reports to the Director of Advanced Analytics.

BulletinHealthcare is partnered with top medical associations to bring their members essential daily updates impacting their practice. Each morning, we deliver digital briefings to over 1 million verified physicians, PharmDs, NPs, PAs, and caregivers. Each briefing is uniquely crafted for the specialties they reach.

The Data Insights Manager will work across a wide range of analytics, data engineering, and data science initiatives. The ideal candidate would own projects, moving between different types of work and delivering actionable insights. In one day, you might finetune a complex ETL pipeline and also provide a consultation to a sales rep trying to identify a specific HCP audience for a client.

This is an individual contributor role with growth potential, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to create data products in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Design and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows that support analytics, reporting, and advertising operations

Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for internal teams, data partners, and advertising clients

Translate business questions into data analyses, models, and dashboards

Support and improve the systems used to measure campaign performance, audience targeting, and engagement

Work with partner data sources and internal systems to integrate and process complex datasets

Deliver both one-off analyses and long-term infrastructure projects, balancing multiple priorities across teams

Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams to solve data problems and deliver measurable impact

Contribute to the development of new analytics capabilities and data products

Tools & Technologies

Our team uses the best tool for the job. Common technologies include R, Python, and MySQL.

Experience with statistical programming and data manipulation is essential; familiarity with the specific tools above is helpful but not required if you have strong experience with comparable technologies.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or related fields

Strong background in statistical programming and data analysis

Ability to own projects independently and deliver results without constant oversight

Experience working with large datasets and building data pipelines or analytical workflows

Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation concepts

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to move effectively between different types of projects

Great communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with healthcare data or regulated datasets

Familiarity with the privacy and compliance considerations surrounding sensitive and personally identifiable data

Experience supporting advertising analytics, marketing analytics, or media measurement

Experience working with data from external partners or multiple integrated sources
