
Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
Job Summary
The position is responsible for independently managing the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle, including research, hypothesis development, test design, execution, and post-test analysis across digital properties. This role serves as a subject matter expert in optimization strategy, drives data-informed decision-making, and supports continuous improvement of digital performance through structured experimentation frameworks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across digital platforms to improve conversion, engagement, and user experience.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify optimization opportunities and prioritize high-impact experimentation initiatives.
• Develop structured test hypotheses and translate insights into clear, actionable experiment briefs.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to execute experiments and deploy winning variants.
• Analyze test results using sound statistical methods and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain experimentation governance, documentation standards, and optimization best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members, supporting capability development within the function.

Qualifications
• Proficiency with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools.
• Strong skills in hypothesis development, experimentation design, and statistical interpretation.
• Ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Typically, 8+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital experimentation, or related analytics discipline.
• University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with personalization and audience segmentation strategies.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data warehousing tools (e.g., BigQuery), or data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and search engine optimization (SEO) considerations.
• Experience contributing to experimentation frameworks or optimization governance models.
Physical Requirements
This role may be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid work environment, depending on business needs and applicable work arrangements. Standard working hours apply, though flexibility may be required to accommodate deadlines or collaboration across time zones. Occasional travel may be required based on business demands.
