Mission

We’re seeking a strong operator to join us as a Growth Associate. In this high-impact role, you’ll be leading our overall growth strategy and work hands-on with the rest of the team in acquiring new clients.

You’ll run the entire growth operations across all our channels and will be leveraging AI to ensure that we can be as efficient as possible.

Your focus

  • Design and orchestrate comprehensive buyer journeys, from ICP identification through to revenue conversion.
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using cutting-edge tools and platforms.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
  • Create automated workflows and systems that enhance revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align GTM strategy with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire revenue funnel.
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred Experience

  • Expertise in modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, SendSpark, Unity, Keyplay, Smartlead, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing revenue-generating systems.
  • Experience with automation tools and scalable workflow creation.
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication.
  • Background in revenue operations, growth, or similar technical GTM roles.
