The Role

As our Founding Product Manager, you will be the first product leader on the ground, responsible for defining, executing, and iterating on Qura’s product strategy—while also rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You’ll work closely with our founders to translate the company’s vision into actionable strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, legal and commercial) to deliver a world-class solution that transforms legal knowledge work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Product Function: Establish Qura’s product development processes from scratch, including hiring and leading a cross-functional product organization that leverages both research and data-driven insights.
• Product Vision & Strategy: Define a compelling roadmap that balances user needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
• Hands-on Execution: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring rapid, iterative releases. Remain actively involved in day-to-day product activities, including backlog prioritization, user story writing, and gathering feedback.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with AI engineers, designers, data scientists, legal experts, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product delivery and a best-in-class user experience.

Who You Are

• Seasoned Product Leader: 5+ years of experience in product management roles within fast-paced startups or similarly dynamic environments.
• Technically Fluent: Comfortable working with AI/ML, platform, and data teams—able to translate technical capabilities into market-ready features.
• Founder’s Mindset: You take full ownership of your domain, seek innovative solutions, and thrive in environments where you can have a big impact.
• Hands-On & Execution-Focused: You don’t shy away from the details. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves, iterating quickly, and delivering results.

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (In-person collaboration in our central Stockholm office is crucial, but we are flexible)
