We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Product to lead our product function into the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the founders and across teams to shape the product vision, align stakeholders, and deliver a platform that hundreds of companies already rely on every day.

Your responsibilities

• Own the roadmap: Lead the product function, align the organization around what to build and why, and ensure we deliver high-impact features.

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with the CPTO to shape and evolve the product vision and strategy.

• Operational Excellence: Build lightweight processes that keep a fast-moving team coordinated without adding unnecessary friction.

• Cross-functional Alignment: Align Engineering, Operations, and customers around clear goals and success metrics that make progress visible to everyone.

• Communication: Clearly articulate the product direction across the entire company.

• AI Integration: Define where AI creates real value in our product and take it from initial concept to shipped feature.

Your profile

• Leadership Experience: You have senior product leadership experience at a growth-stage company.

• Hands-on Mentality: You are a generalist and a "doer" who handles what is required, not just what is expected.

• Ops-Tech Background: Experience in environments where software meets real-world operations (beyond pure-play SaaS).

• Technical Literacy: Technical enough to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on architecture and trade-offs.

• Proven Track Record: You’ve successfully taken over an existing product function before and leveled it up.

• Effective Communicator: Strong ability to align diverse teams around a shared direction.

• AI Savvy: A clear view on where AI creates actual product value today, backed by features you’ve successfully shipped.

• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). German is a plus.
