Business Planning Consultant (SMEs Sector) - 3-4-Month Engagement

Location: Amman, Jordan.
Years of Experience: 5-7 years.
Project Duration: 3-4 months.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a Business Planning Consultant to support in delivering high-quality business planning and marketing strategy services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

The role focuses on research, analysis, and execution support, contributing to the development of business plans and growth strategies that help SMEs scale effectively.

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing business plans and marketing strategies for SMEs in Jordan.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources areas such as: organizational design, learning & development, policies & procedures development, performance management, or related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Subject Matter Expert in developing comprehensive business plans, including market assessments, operational models, and financial projections

• Assist in conducting market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking

• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies tailored to SME needs

• Assist in gathering and structuring client data for use in business planning deliverables

• Develop presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables

• Support in identifying growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas for SMEs

• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions, capturing insights and action points

• Track progress of deliverables and ensure timelines are met
