Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Omani National Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in sales. The Sales Specialist will support business growth by engaging with customers, promoting products, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.


Key Requirements

  • Omani national
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Background in Sales, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a sales-oriented role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the poultry, food, FMCG or relevant industries

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote products and services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives

  • Conduct market visits and customer meetings to understand client needs

  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
