Estimator - Architectural Landscape
Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
We are seeking an Estimator with strong experience in architectural landscape projects to support accurate cost estimation and tendering activities. The role involves evaluating design documents, quantifying materials, and preparing cost breakdowns for hardscape, softscape, water features, and related landscape works. The ideal candidate has prior estimation experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a solid understanding of construction standards in the region.
Key Requirements

3–5 years of experience in landscape estimation within KSA.

Proven experience in estimation in all or some of the following areas: hardscape, softscape, and water features.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to generate accurate cost assessments.

Knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market pricing relevant to landscape works in KSA.

Experience preparing and submitting tender documentation and cost proposals.
Other Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills working with designers, procurement, and project teams.

Ability to manage workloads and meet proposal deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare accurate quantities and cost estimates for landscape packages.

Develop BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing models for softscape, hardscape, and water feature elements.

Coordinate with designers, engineers, and procurement to validate quantities and identify cost impacts.

Conduct market analysis of materials, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricing to maintain cost accuracy.

Support the tendering process by preparing proposal pricing, clarifications, and technical submissions.

Assist in budget reviews, cost validations, and value engineering alternatives.

Maintain an updated database of unit rates, supplier references, and material specifications.
