The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager for Customer Growth to own CAFU’s incentives and loyalty roadmap, driving customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing pricing-based incentives (discounts, cashback, promos) and engagement-based rewards (points, gamification, tiers) to maximize user lifetime value.

You will also influence personalization and home screen experiences, ensuring customers receive relevant offers and engagement touchpoints. This role requires a balance of data-driven experimentation and business-led initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across engineering, growth marketing, and commercial teams.

What You’ll Do

Own CAFU’s Incentives & Loyalty Strategy

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for incentives and loyalty, balancing customer needs and business objectives.
  • Design, experiment, and optimize pricing-based promotions (cashbacks, discounts) and engagement-based rewards (points, tiers, gamification).
  • Influence personalization and the home screen experience, ensuring offers and rewards are targeted to the right customer segments.
  • Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, ideation, execution, rollout, and optimization.

Drive Continuous Product Discovery & Experimentation

  • Lead user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to refine incentives and loyalty mechanics.
  • Work with design and research teams to uncover unmet customer needs and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Rapidly ideate, prototype, and validate new incentive structures to drive behavioral change.

Collaborate Across Teams to Execute at Scale

  • Partner with engineering, data, and growth marketing to develop scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with business and operations teams to align incentives with business growth strategies.
  • Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Navigate engineering constraints to deliver impact without compromising platform stability or feature quality.

Measure Success & Continuously Optimize

  • Define and track key metrics (e.g., repeat purchase rate, LTV, redemption rates).
  • Use data and experimentation to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for loyalty and incentives, working with marketing and business teams.

Who You Are

You are a data-driven Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in digital product management (web & mobile), preferably in e-commerce, food delivery, or transportation industries.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience building incentives, loyalty programs, or data-led growth features.
  • Track record of launching impactful products and features that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills—you can interpret complex datasets and turn insights into product strategy.
  • Experience balancing customer needs with business impact, prioritizing high-value initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, data, and commercial teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development and product management tools (Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
