About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and business-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help drive impactful digital engagement across all our social media platforms. This role will require a strong blend of creative expertise, strategic thinking, and a keen interest in using AI-powered tools to optimize content creation and audience interaction.

As part of our marketing function, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our social media presence aligns with business objectives while keeping content fresh, engaging, and optimized for each platform. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for leveraging emerging AI tools and technologies to streamline and enhance the content creation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies that align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong focus on both organic growth and paid campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and optimize engagement, including AI-driven copywriting, content curation, and social listening.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality visual and written content for social media, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Analyze social media trends, platform updates, and competitive activity, utilizing AI analytics tools to inform strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, PR, Sales, and Customer Service) to align social media efforts with company goals, promotions, and messaging.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using AI-powered insights to adjust strategies in real time and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current on the latest trends in social media, AI tools, and content creation, incorporating innovative approaches into our social media strategies.
  • Engage with the community, responding to comments and messages, and building strong relationships with our online audience.
  • Support brand storytelling through social media content, aligning with company values and voice.
  • Experiment with new technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance content creation, engagement, and audience targeting across all social platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating successful social campaigns.
  • Strong creative skills in content creation, including copywriting, visual design, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content creation (e.g., AI writing assistants, visual content generators, chatbots, social listening tools) and a strong interest in leveraging them for enhanced productivity and innovation.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to align social media strategies with broader business goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, product, and sales.
  • A deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
  • Passion for staying on top of trends in AI, digital marketing, and social media innovations.
  • Creative problem-solver, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
