About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to business-to-business (B2B) clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
No two days at CAFU are the same – this role is leadership-facing and will require collaboration across multiple departments within the organisation. You will work closely with the Product and Tech teams on new product, market, and service launches, as well as the Data and Analytics teams to measure success and gain customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development:

Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment on target audience and messaging.
Campaign Management:

Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimise results.

Create and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Content Creation:

Develop high-quality, targeted content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and presentations.

Oversee the production of sales enablement materials to support business development efforts.
Lead Generation:

Design and execute lead generation programmes to drive qualified leads to the sales team.

Optimise landing pages, lead capture forms, and email sequences to maximise conversions.
Digital Marketing:

Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to oversee SEO, PPC, and social media advertising efforts.

Monitor analytics and user behaviour to enhance the online customer journey.
Event Marketing:

Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and other events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics.

Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to strategies and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
