About the role
We are on the hunt for a growth-driven Marketing Manager with experience in utilizing AI agents in marketing to join our dynamic team at CAFU. This senior marketing role is critical to driving both local and international marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for creating and driving innovative marketing strategies and annual planning that harness the power of AI agents to optimize performance and accelerate growth.
At CAFU, no two days are the same – this role is leadership-facing, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the marketing strategy are executed effectively. You’ll work directly with Product and Tech teams on new launches, with Data and Analytics teams for measurement and insights, and leverage AI to personalize, automate, and optimize marketing campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CMO to develop integrated marketing strategies and quarterly/annual marketing plans, leveraging AI-driven capabilities to optimize targeting and performance.
- Utilize AI agents and machine learning tools to optimize customer journeys, segment audiences, and create personalized marketing strategies for high ROI and strong customer retention.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring ROI, optimized customer acquisition cost (CAC), and integration of AI-powered tools.
- Lead creative strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation, using predictive analytics and AI insights to make data-backed marketing decisions.
- Work with Digital, CRM, and Partnerships experts to identify growth opportunities and optimize AI-driven marketing across social media, email marketing, paid search, SEO, ASO, and content marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Operations teams to integrate AI tools into customer journey strategies.
- Evaluate and implement new AI technologies and tools to enhance marketing efforts and improve customer experiences.
- Conduct A/B testing, experiments, and user research, leveraging AI models to improve testing efficiency and predictive insights on customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with the Product team to integrate AI-powered marketing requirements into product development and launch strategies.
- Support the B2B sales team using AI for lead generation, prospect identification, and automated lead nurturing.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and marketing technologies to continuously improve performance.
- Set, monitor, and report on team objectives and goals, focusing on AI-powered tracking and measuring success.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in building multi-channel marketing strategies, including PR, digital, social, and CRM, with a focus on data-driven marketing and AI automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using AI and machine learning tools for decision-making, campaign optimization, and customer personalization.
- Proven leadership experience in managing marketing teams and incorporating AI and other technology into marketing strategies.
- Track record of successful campaign execution across multiple marketing channels
- Expertise in marketing automation tools, web analytics, A/B testing, optimization techniques, and AI for predictive analytics and customer segmentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Passion for growth marketing and staying current on AI and automation technologies.
- Experience in start-up/scale-up environments is a plus.
- Solid digital and traditional marketing expertise with a strong understanding of AI integration.
- Experience with digital measurement tools like Branch, Clevertap, Google Analytics, Firebase, and AI marketing platforms.
