Are you ready to kickstart your career in operations? We’re looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Operations Intern to join our dynamic team at CAFU. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operations and business development field, while contributing to meaningful projects in the energy and technology sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Deleting V1 orders from the early warning dashboard.
• Creating V2 orders ensuring all remarks (HSE, Operational & special instructions & images) have been captured on the new orders.
• Basic level of data cleaning (On client asset lists shared by the sales team)
• To accurately update on a shared folder the upgraded orders to prevent duplication of efforts.
• Be up to date with the migration document/s to ensure all updates uploaded are implemented in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree.
• Strong passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others during emergency situations.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely through non-voice channels.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while handling multiple customer interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn new tools and software quickly.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
