JOB PURPOSE – WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Legal Coordinator, you will support the legal department, ensuring smooth operations while handling sensitive matters with confidentiality.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE

  • Assist with LTIP plan administration (grant filings, tracking, HR follow-ups).
  • Organize and manage legal documents (electronic and physical storage).
  • Maintain and update legal templates (letterheads, NDAs, agreements).
  • Fill template agreements with accurate details for business use.
  • Proofread and format contracts before signature.
  • Log and track legal requests, generating monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Coordinate with PROs for document attestation and legalization.
  • Manage the Group Legal calendar and the General Counsel’s schedule.
  • Oversee renewals and regulatory applications (licenses, leases, filings).
  • Process legal-related invoices.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a legal coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
