Role Overview:
The VIP Sales Representative will play a critical role in CAFU’s Flywheel Team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to high-value customers.
The CAFU Flywheel is a strategic growth model designed to generate additional transactions from our existing customer base by leveraging customer touchpoints and creating feedback loops that enhance commercial, operational, and product performance. It ensures sustainable growth by encouraging customer retention and return, while diversifying demand across products and services.

- Upselling: Enhancing customer value through complementary service upgrades.
In this role, the VIP Sales Representative will manage relationships with high-value customers whose vehicles have been flagged through our inspection processes for required services — whether it be battery replacements, tyre changes, oil changes, or other key maintenance needs.
The VIP Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact for these customers, guiding them through their vehicle’s requirements, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery by collaborating with CAFU’s operations, commercial, and supplier networks.
This role is a hybrid of technical sales, relationship management, and customer education, with a strong focus on providing premium, tailor-made solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- VIP Customer Relationship Management
- Directly engage with high-value customers identified through CAFU’s inspection processes.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships by offering expert, tailored advice specific to the customer’s vehicle brand and model.
- Educate customers on the importance of timely maintenance and high-quality parts and services.
- Act as the single point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and recommendations.
- Tailor-Made Solutions & Sales Execution
- Develop customized solutions based on customer needs, covering core services (batteries, tyres, oil) and additional vehicle care requirements.
- Leverage the Flywheel framework to identify and capture cross-sell and upsell opportunities, increasing overall customer value.
- Work with the commercial and operations teams to oversee seamless order fulfilment and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Own the customer journey from initial recommendation to post-service follow-up, ensuring top-tier satisfaction.
- Supplier & Partner Coordination
- Tap into CAFU’s extensive network of OEM suppliers, authorized dealerships, and trusted service providers to source best-fit solutions.
- Ensure all recommended services meet CAFU’s quality standards and offer competitive pricing to VIP customers.
- Stay current with new products, services, and industry trends across multiple vehicle brands and service types.
- Customer Experience & Feedback Loop Contribution
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities in service offerings, pricing, and customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Flywheel, operations, and product teams to enhance the end-to-end service journey.
- Contribute insights and recommendations to enhance the Flywheel model, helping refine offerings and improve customer retention strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in high-end automotive sales, luxury customer service, or VIP account management (Must have).
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance requirements (batteries, tyres, oils, etc.).
- Experience working with OEM suppliers, authorized dealerships, or automotive service networks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and consultative sales skills, with the ability to educate and build trust with high-value customers.
- Track record of identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Strong project coordination skills to ensure smooth service execution.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on providing premium, end-to-end experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including operations, product, and commercial teams.
