What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic sales team at CAFU. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with the sales and business development teams to support ongoing sales activities, contribute to lead generation, assist in managing client relationships, and gain hands-on experience in the fuel, energy and technology sector.  

What does a typical day look like? (Job Requirements)

  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, research, and prospecting new clients. 
  • Participate in sales meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. 
  • Help manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, such as drafting emails, responding to client inquiries, and scheduling meetings. 
  • Assist in preparing reports, tracking sales performance, and analyzing customer feedback. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify sales opportunities. 
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent customer experience. 

What skills should you showcase (Skills/Competencies)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for sales and an interest in the energy or fuel industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a bonus.
