Junior UX Research - UAE National

About the role:

The Junior UX Research role is a full-time role that will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user experience research. You will work closely with the Product Design Researcher to conduct user research studies, analyze data, create research reports, and shape user-centric products. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about the UX research process and to gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Create research materials, including interview guides, surveys, and other research-related artifacts.
• Help with research operations, such as recruiting participants, scheduling research sessions, and managing research data.
• Analyse data from user research studies, develop recommendations for improving the user experience, and present research reports to the wider team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and survey design.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative research data effectively.
• Passion for user-centred design and advocating on behalf of our user
• Preferred: A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas)
