Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager who brings a pro-active attitude to solving customer problems through innovative solutions to drive the product strategy and roadmap with cross-functional teams. You will work across the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to achieve our ambitious vision.You'll love taking a problem-first and insight driven approach to product development, combining this with your customer focus to deliver truly great experiences. You believe that starting small and iterating fast and bringing customer feedback & quantitative data are the best way to build products that scale.

What You will do (Responsibilities) :

Product Roadmap

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Communicate structured and transparent prioritization for competing product efforts.

Product Discovery

• Lead the product discovery process to shape journeys and features that deliver customer & business value.
• Engage with our customer-base to generate insights, identify new product opportunities, and extract product feedback.
• Be the expert on the customer, business and technology to act as the bridge between the business and development team, to solve real customer problems through agile principles.
• Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team and translate customer pains and problems into product insights.

Product Delivery

• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies to ensure that development work is aligned with the product strategy and roadmap, as well as embedding Agile best practices across the business.

Product Optimisation

• Support the team in continuous improvement to optimise the team’s ability to discover, define and deliver valuable solutions to the customer on a regular basis.
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future optimisation.

Who You are (Qualifications) : 

• More than 4 years Product management experience across both discovery and delivery in software products.
• Experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile manner - leading Agile ceremonies and managing roadmaps, backlogs and building/refining features, epics and user stories.
• Track record of delivering best-in-class customer oriented products.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication & storyteller, able to present complex concepts and ideas in different formats depending on context & audience.
• Can switch easily from creative thinking to analytical focus.
• Proficient influencing and communication skills across all business functions and stakeholders.
• Problem-first, and outcome-orientated mindset
• You think big and start small with a focus on delivering customer value.
