
Director, Product Management
Job Summary:
As the Director of Product Management at Brandwatch, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and strategy for our data platform. You will lead the development of a scalable, innovative platform that empowers our customers to harness the full potential of their data. This role requires a strategic leader who can inspire teams, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful solutions that align with Brandwatch’s mission to provide cutting-edge analytics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Platform Vision: Define and execute the vision for Brandwatch’s data platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers and supports advanced analytics, scalability, and seamless integration with Brandwatch’s suite of products.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize customer feedback, market intelligence, and product usage data to inform the product roadmap, ensuring Brandwatch remains a leader in social listening, analytics, and insights.
- User-Centric Innovation: Champion the user experience by leveraging customer insights and data to drive product innovation, ensuring the platform is intuitive, powerful, and delivers measurable value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and inspire large, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration across engineering, data science, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Organizational Alignment: Shape and drive the product vision in alignment with Brandwatch’s long-term business strategy, ensuring the data platform supports the company’s growth and competitive differentiation.
- Execution Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure the platform meets the needs of diverse user groups.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a data-driven or analytics-focused organization.
- Proven track record of building and scaling data platforms, with a deep understanding of data architecture, analytics, and visualization tools.
- Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex data challenges into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience leading and inspiring large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- Passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and deliver customer value, ideally within the social listening, market intelligence, or analytics space.
