Senior Account Director
Reports to title: VP of Enterprise Account Management
Office Location: Open to 100% Remote
This Senior Account Director role will help grow revenue nationally, working closely with the Brandwatch sales teams to ensure we are supporting our top clients across the entire Brandwatch portfolio of solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate and close revenue opportunities for the Brandwatch products and services
- Identify and close MultiVu revenue opportunities within existing Cision/PR Newswire’s client base
- Identify and upsell/cross-sell business Brandwatch revenue opportunities and focus on retention of key accounts
- Work independently as an industry expert to build client base and Brandwatch success, managing proposals and negotiations with prospective clients
- Work with local and International Brandwatch reps as subject matter expert to identify business opportunities
- Be the subject matter expert in their sector and assist Brandwatch sellers to identify and close opportunities - answer client questions about products, prices and availability
- Position and present complex solutions including earned and paid media, content creation, and distribution services simply and effectively to clients – conduct sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Work closely and gain support and guidance from Brandwatch Strategy Team
- Work with a standardized proposal process to ensure margins are in accordance with company policy
- Understand and promote company services and offerings and lead sector visibility for Brandwatch Services (industry events, etc.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales enablement and maintain client records and sales opportunities via SFDC
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-8 years Enterprise Eales/Business Development/Account Management experience targeting the PR, communications and/or marketing industry
- Interest in being well compensated for securing and growing revenue
For those applicants in specific states that require compensation to be listed, this Senior Account Director role has a pay structure that ranges from $140,000 USD to $280,000 USD.
