• Daily building inspections (lobby, corridors, greenery).
• Small repairs and troubleshooting (handyman tasks).
• Logistical support (moving furniture, handling deliveries).
• Daily reporting via mobile device.

• Great observation skills and physical fitness.
• Basic tech skills (phone/tablet for reporting).
• Polish + communicative English, Russian, or Ukrainian.
