As a Programmatic Specialist your focus is delivering high-quality, best-in-class work for clients within your Practice.

In this role you will 🖊️

  • Possibly working on or providing support to 3+ clients.
  • Using practice knowledge, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing high-quality strategies aligned with client goals and priorities.
  • You'll effectively track and measure results across defined performance metrics.
  • You’ll be partnering with our clients on day to day tasks and deliverables.
  • You’ll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement. 
  • You’ll actively contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap so that our Practice offering is continually developing. 
  • Be an advocate for the practice with Associates and help to grow knowledge and skills across this population. You will also start to build your knowledge of other Practices.
  • Develop ideas for process improvements, innovation and automation that drive measurable impact for your client or Practice.

We’re looking for someone who 🔍

  • Has a delivery track record with 2+ years of experience with DV360, Campaign Manager 360. The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP are a plus. 
  • Is passionate about growing your career in marketing and the knowledge of others around you. Demonstrable skills in strategy, innovation, and client management.
  • Has a good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Has advancing data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Is someone with strong attention to detail, who is methodical and process orientated and has demonstrated a very high quality of work.
  • Is fluent in English (as you will be supporting US  / EMEA Accounts)
