UI / UX Designer, CRO

Argentina

We are Brainlabs, the High-Performance media agency, on a mission to become the world's biggest and best independent media agency. We plan and buy media that delivers profitable and sustained business impact. And what’s our formula? Superteams of Brainlabbers, fueled by data and enabled by technology.

Brainlabs has always been a culture-first company. In fact, from the very beginnings of the agency a set of shared principles, philosophies and values was documented in The Brainlabs Handbook, helping us create our unique culture.

As with everything here we always seek to adapt and improve so The Brainlabs Handbook has been fine-tuned to become The Brainlabs Culture Code.

This Culture Code consists of 12 codes that talk to what it means to be a Brainlabber. It’s a joint commitment to continuous development and creating a company that we can all be proud of, where Brainlabbers can turn up to do great work, make great friends and win together.

You can read The Brainlabs Culture Code in full here.

Collaborating closely with Consultants, UX Researchers, and Developers, you will bring ideas to life through wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. The range of design tasks may vary from the optimisation of a single page component to a full page redesign or an entire checkout flow.

In this role you will:

  • Support senior designers and CRO strategists in understanding users and improving digital experiences through UX research, UX audits and data signals.
  • Assist in conducting and synthesising user research, including user testing, surveys, and behavior analysis, to inform design decisions.
  • Translate briefs and research insights into wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Develop interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma and brand guidelines
  • Support in designing and running workshops
  • Support the team in preparing and presenting designs to stakeholders, ensuring they align with user needs and client goals.
  • Assist in reporting findings and recommendations, contributing to scenarios for A/B testing.
  • Participate in the lifecycle of design projects, from implementing solutions to iterating based on feedback and testing results.

Our clients trust us to uncover and solve the challenges their customers face when using their websites. With millions of users visiting these sites each month we’re helping to improve the digital experience for a significant portion of the UK population, making every interaction smoother, easier, and more enjoyable.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in a design role, either in an agency environment or in-house.
  • Is confident in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop.
  • Understands basic user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design best practices.
  • Has an interest or experience in UX research and is eager to learn how to gather and apply user insights.
  • Can follow briefs accurately and contribute to optimisation efforts under guidance.
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to grow their skills in UX/UI design
