Classification: permanent
Reporting to: Latam Chief Growth Officer
Location: São Paulo
This role is critical to building high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From winning new clients through to growing existing clients you will focus on growing client engagement and revenue. You represent Brainlabs as a ‘window’ through which clients understand how Brainlab’s full-service media solutions can deliver real, measurable business growth. You showcase and represent Brainlabs as the high-performance, full-service omnichannel media solutions to clients in your sector/vertical expertise.
In this role you will:
- Lead pitches and win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise.
- Deliver strategic growth for your clients, growing additional client revenue by up/cross-selling Brainlabs solutions, products and services, tailored to your client vertical.
- Deeply understand your client business, challenges, market, competitors and how to solve them with marketing/media.
- Champion your client stakeholder making them successful within their own business, producing case studies and other PR/thought leadership activities.
- Assimilate data, insight, solutions and convert into growth solutions for your clients.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 12+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients within your vertical expertise..
- Expert client leadership skills; already be a trusted advisor to a number of large multi-market clients.
- Has applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links directly to business growth and financial success for clients.
- Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience.
- Is a Brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions
- Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
- Is passionate about building brands and growing business.
- Is a challenger, passionate about delivering new perspectives!
