What is this role about?

As Head of Product, Addons, you’ll be creating a portfolio of value-added products  to our rapidly growing base of borrowers. At the moment it offers important functions around loan management like payment insurance and restructuring. Next you’ll be looking at products that people are used to buying from their financial partners, from insurance to partner benefits, only limited by your own imagination. 

It’s a diverse role where you get to apply research, interaction design, psychology, marketing, and various other disciplines. And the moment you think you have it all figured out and optimized, another product awaits to make it all interesting again!

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Discover and launch a global portfolio of products relevant to our growing base of borrowers.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, marketers, and business developers to deliver competitive value and product experience.
  • Design and experiment with growth loops across our product suite to drive adoption of value-adding products.
  • Together with your operational partner, take ownership and drive continuous growth of Addons as a business line

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven track record of bootstrapping successful new products. 
  • Expertise in consumer rewards. Some examples include loyalty programs, partner benefits, gamification, and so on.
  • You’re great at selling products organically, including pricing, packaging, positioning, and messaging. 
  • You have a solid grasp of qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation methods.
  • Bonus points if
    • You’ve worked on monetization in the past
    • You’ve worked with insurance products
    • You have a background in marketing
