About the Role

We're hiring a highly experienced, part-time private chef for a discreet, health-conscious household currently based in South Dublin (Goatstown) and relocating to Greystones, North Wicklow later this year. The client seeks a premium, keto-based fridge-fill service each week, with flexibility around scheduling and location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs with a strong background in organic, non-toxic, whole-food cooking, and a passion for precision nutrition. Day rate is €250 EUR excluding groceries/ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 24 total servings per week (2 adults × 2 meals × 6 days)

  • Include 2 large children’s dinners + healthy snack options

  • Provide weekly fridge fills, with the possibility of in-home cooking from October

  • Focus on strict keto, intermittent fasting protocols with organic ingredients only

  • Plan and execute varied menus with macro-friendly portions (no calorie tracking required)

  • Adapt to travel-related scheduling pauses with 1 week’s notice


Client Dietary & Lifestyle Notes:

  • 100% organic, unprocessed, pasture-raised proteins

  • No GMOs, additives, or unnecessary toxins

  • Looking for chef who can collaborate seamlessly with PA/trainer/nutritionist

  • Culinary creativity encouraged — simple, flavourful, elegant dishes are key

  • Experience preparing freezer-friendly and kid-appropriate batch meals is a plus


Logistics

  • 1 full chef day per week (or 2 half-days, client dependent)

  • Paid separately: grocery expenses (via client card or invoice)

  • Ongoing chef access for ingredient sourcing & menu planning queries

  • Travel flexibility required; potential to transition to 2 half-days in-home later this year

Experience:

  • Three years minimum chef experience
  • Private chef experience (preferred)
