Performance Marketing Coordinator, TikTok

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to take full ownership of TikTok as a growth channel - from ad campaign management to creator partnerships and affiliate performance. You’ll run TikTok campaigns end-to-end, drive efficient customer acquisition, and test new formats and creative strategies to scale what works. This role will also require you to work in Meta Ads Manager when required.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Paid Social Lead, as well as manage a growing network of creators and affiliates.
Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok paid acquisition - from campaign setup and optimisation to testing and scaling.
- Launch and manage TikTok Spark Ads, TopView, In-Feed, and custom placements
- Manage and optimise creator-led campaigns through TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) - submitting briefs, reviewing drafts, and ensuring delivery to spec
- Source and manage creators via TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM) - selecting based on performance potential, managing usage rights, and tracking delivery
- Set up and optimise TikTok Shop product ads, including product catalogue integration, campaign setup, and conversion tracking
- Build and maintain clear reporting dashboards - performance by creative, campaign, audience, and product
- Regularly report learnings and recommendations to the Acquisition Director and wider growth team

- Proactive, ambitious and energetic marketer, looking for the opportunity to make your mark and achieve something remarkable
- Prior experience in performance marketing, with hands-on ownership of Tiktok Ads campaigns
- Deep understanding of TikTok Ads Manager - including campaign structure, audience building, Spark Ads, exclusions, and pixel tracking
- Familiar with TikTok products - TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM), TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX), TikTok Shop, etc
- Experience in Meta Ads Manager and optimising campaigns on the Meta platform
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
