We're looking for a project-based Video Maker and Content Creator to help us create high-performing video content — primarily by repurposing and editing existing assets. You’ll work closely with our Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to bring our brand to life through engaging, social-first content.

This is project based work.

What will you do

We are looking for a unique mix of skills to help with our editing and shooting projects. The candidate needs to produce storyline, storyboard, organize shooting and the edit of the videos. 

  • Edit and transform existing footage (from branded shoots or UGC) into compelling social media and ad content
  • Develop video concepts, storylines, and storyboards that align with Avea’s brand and resonate on platforms like Instagram, Meta, and YouTube
  • Occasionally support in organizing or participating in shoots (e.g., interviews, educational formats)
  • Create visually engaging content tailored for performance marketing (Meta/Google ads)
  • Work closely with the CMO, Head of Content and marketing team to execute Avea’s creative strategy

What we are looking for

  • Native German speaker with excellent writing skills, and fluent in English – you will be creating content in both languages
  • Availability to join shootings in Germany, Italy or Portugal.
  • Minimum of 5 experience with video marker, content creation, ads creating 
  • Deep Passion for social media and understanding of what works on instagram 
  • Passion for creating content is a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly, positive attitude
  • Creative thinker, able to improvise and spot opportunities
  • Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
  • Interest in the longevity industry

AVEA is a portfolio company of the company builder Maximon. The employees of Maximon AG are supporting AVEA with the recruitment process. Therefore Maximon HR employees may access your application and contact you as well during the recruitment process.
