As an Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst you will contribute to scaling our DACH paid influencer program profitably through extensive activations. You will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing in Malaysia and support the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager in Germany.

This is a role in KL, Malaysia (Hybrid)

What will you do

  • Influencer discovery and management: Proactively scout and handpick high-impact creators through organic channels and smart tools, continuously enriching and sharpening our influencer database.
  • Outreach execution: Drive first-touch emails via automated pipelines and execute persuasive, timely follow-ups to convert high-potential creators into active, long-term partners.
  • Performance tracking: Ensure flawless, on-time activations of paid influencers, organize first-level performance data, and transform results into clear, actionable insights for internal reporting.
  • Market expertise development: Build and hone deep expertise of the influencer landscape in DACH, understanding nuances and performance drivers to fully maximise return on ad spend.
  • Test-and-learn optimisation: Design and run structured experiments (A/B tests on content, offers, and audience segments) to continuously improve reach, conversion, and ROI of paid influencer spend.

What are we looking for

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field; a quantitative background and/or a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Based in Malaysia and able to work from our Kuala Lumpur office 2-3 days per week (hybrid).
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in fast-growing consumer brands, e-commerce, or related fields; high-calibre fresh graduates with previous internships are also welcomed to apply.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets) to carry out tracking, analysis, and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude, adaptability, and the drive to go above and beyond.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High ambition and curiosity to learn in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and longevity (or the eagerness to dive deep into the field).
  • Fluency in German (written and/or spoken) is a strong plus.
