We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Advanced Design Exterior Design team, supporting the exploration and development of innovative exterior design concepts for future-oriented design projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in AVATR advanced and production car projects
• Assisting the experienced core team to develop design proposals ranging from broad design themes all the way to component-level design
• Creating compelling sketches considering our design philosophy of athletic elegance
• Translating your ideas to virtual reality in 3D software without help of CAD Modeler and visualizing them for reviews and presentations
• Strong focus on digital design, not on traditional workflow
• Subsequently you might also have the opportunity to work with the design- and digital modeling team to guide a project from the sketch phase all the way though to concept modeling
• You can also use the chance to work with our studio engineering- or CMF-team to come up with new design solutions and open opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Transportation Design, Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Excellent manual drawing ability, exceptional creativity, generation of new, unique and usable design ideas which reflect the brands
• Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
• Self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets
• Language skills: Fluency in English
